The Edge is one half-day with Chris on your numbers, €3,000. Within 48 hours you hold your Roadmap: your U-level, the next one, the installation that holds you back, its financial value and the first three steps. Credited in full when you continue within 30 days.
Three deliverables
One decision page with the full case beneath it. The baseline of the four C.A.L.M. meters and your U-level. The follow-up proposal, in the document itself. A short check-in on the review date is included, whether you continue or not.
What it is not
No execution, no copy, no audit of accounts or campaigns, no portal access. One revision round on factual errors within seven days. The order itself does not open up; that is the product.

Do I need The Edge before a program?
No. It is the sharpness layer for founders who want the decision made before they commit to four or twelve months. Many start there; some go straight into the Sprint after the Diagnosis.
What does credited in full mean?
The €3,000 is deducted from the Sprint or Scale when you enter within 30 days of your Edge.
