The C.A.L.M. Sprint is four months, €15,000 or 4 × €3,750, on two tracks: more from the clients you already have, measured on the bank account, and the inflow machine built. Seamless entry into Scale at the month-4 measurement credits the full amount.
Track one: existing clients
Margin per client above 40%, or you know exactly which clients are under it and why. Prices indexed, scope closed, positioning locked. Cash freed on the bank account, not on a slide.
Track two: the inflow machine
Positioning, proposition, sales conversations your team can run, and the machine switched on the moment track one funds it. Guardrail: no inflow before margin can carry it.
