U-level
A U-level is the amount of Untouched Revenue per month your company holds three months in a row. Six levels: U0, U10, U25, U50, U100, U250. The U stands for UnBaund®: how far you have broken loose from your own company.
The ladder
U0: under €10k untouched a month, you are still in delivery. U10: €10k, it exists. U25 Bronze: €25k, it carries. U50 Silver: €50k, the tipping point. U100 Gold: €100k, scalable and governable. U250 Diamond: €250k, founder-free delivery at scale.
One number, three months
You can hit any amount once. A level is the amount your company keeps delivering without you, three consecutive months. There is no percentage threshold and no company-size requirement. See Untouched Revenue and the thirty-minute rule.
Tiers and levels
Tiers are spoken, levels are measured. You say Bronze in a conversation; the scorecard says U25. U0 and U10 carry no tier on purpose: nothing has been earned there yet. Falling back a level is an audit finding, never a failure. See the level audit.

Why is there no percentage?
Because the question is how much revenue comes in without you, not what share that is of everything the company does. A high percentage of a small number is not a company yet.
Can I lose a level?
Yes, the same way you earned it. Tiers are not property. When the number drops for three months, the level audit shows which installation was missing.
Which program fits which level?
None is gated. The Diagnosis places you on the ladder; ambition, speed and desired involvement decide between The Edge, the Sprint, Scale and Standard.
