Tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond
Tiers are the spoken names of the U-levels: Bronze is U25, Silver U50, Gold U100, Diamond U250. Tiers are spoken, levels are measured. A tier without the number beneath it cannot be checked.
Why two names
In a conversation you say Bronze. On a scorecard, in a report and in any comparison it says U25 and the monthly amounts beneath it. A company that says Silver and cannot show the figures is not Silver.
No tier below U25
U0 and U10 deliberately carry no tier. Nothing has been earned there yet. Bronze is the first tier you reach, not the lowest you are given.
Tiers are not property
A tier is lost the same way it is earned: three months of the number. See U-level.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why Bronze at U25 and not at U10?
Because U10 means it exists, not that it carries. Bronze is the first level where the company delivers a meaningful amount without the founder.
Is Diamond the end?
It is the horizon of this ladder. Beyond U250 the game changes to autonomous expansion, the work of C.A.L.M. Standard.
