Level audit

The level audit checks which installations stand for the next U-level: a binary checklist in five categories, cumulative per level. Falling back is an audit finding, which rule was missing, never a failure.

What it is

Per level a checklist in five categories: Measuring, Money, Delivery, Commerce, People and rhythm. Each rule is yes or no. The rules of a level come on top of the rules of the level before it.

When it runs

At every level transition, and whenever the number drops. It is a diagnostic instrument, never a gatekeeper: nobody is refused a program on the audit.

Why it exists

You can hit any number once. You only keep a U-level with the installations that belong to it. The audit names the missing one. In C.A.L.M. Scale passing the audit is what closes a level.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who does the audit?

Chris, with the founder, against the checklist. The structure is fixed; the exact rules get sharpened with practice.

What happens when I fall back?

The audit shows which rule was missing. That becomes the next installation. Nothing else changes.
