A Breakthrough session is a 3-hour working session in which we identify which of the five SHARP standards is currently slowing your agency down the most across leadership, marketing, sales, and delivery. You leave with a concrete roadmap to €100k+ months.
It is designed for agency owners with a team who feel that growth is costing more than it is returning, and who want clarity before committing to a longer engagement. It is not for beginners, solo freelancers without a team, or people looking only for tactical advice.
€3,000 for a 3-hour session. You are not paying for the hours; you are paying for the pattern recognition. After more than 2,000 sessions with agency owners, the blocking standard can usually be identified within a few hours, whereas a traditional consulting engagement often requires weeks of investigation. You leave with a concrete roadmap. Whether it pays off depends on the execution afterward, not on the session itself.
The Standards Assessment is a shorter, free 45-minute orientation to determine whether Breakthrough is the right fit. Breakthrough is the paid session itself: deeper, more specific, and focused on producing a roadmap tailored to your agency. You can book Breakthrough directly, or start with the Assessment if you want to explore first.
You receive the roadmap. You can implement it yourself, or choose Install or Calm Scale to help install the standard in practice. That follow-up is entirely optional.
